You can see how hot it got, the paint has disappeared and the outsides of the rubber mount were melting (and the oily rag underneath was smoking! :yikes:) but it still didn't budge. I pass on this one, it's going to a shop. Question is do I take it to the bloke down the road or do I take it to SEP and ask them to sort it along with the big end bearing, and put it all back together again? Time for some phoning I think, as much as I despise it..
